Service Plan contents

Each Service Plan includes:

  • The Cells4Life +Cord Collection Kit or Cord Blood Collection Kit
  • Maternal blood Collection Kit
  • Dedicated courier collection, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • Dual storage locations for additional security
  • Viability testing
  • Cord blood and, where relevant, cord tissue sterility testing
  • Maternal blood testing
  • Test results certificate
  • Access to advice from medical and scientific professionalse.

Payment terms

Payment for your chosen Service Plan has three stages:

Stage 1:  Deposit

The initial, non-refundable deposit of £245 for the Platinum Service Plan and £195 for the Premium Service Plan is payable upon booking.  The Phlebotomy Service, when selected, is also payable upon booking.

Stage 2:  Balance of processing fee

The remaining balance of the processing fee is due only following successful processing of your child’s cord blood and tissue samples.  This fee can be paid by cheque, bank transfer, credit card, debit card or cash.  For an additional fee we have a 6 or 12 month Payment Plan.  Please contact our Customer Support Term for more information.

Stage 3:  Storage Fee

Prepaid 25 Year Storage Plan  The Storage Fee of £350 is also due upon successful processing and must be paid by cheque, bank transfer or cash.  The UK Credit Act prohibits payment of the element by card.
Annual Payment Storage Plan  The Storage Fee for this plan is payable per annum.  Each annual payment will be due on the birthday of your child and must be paid by standing order.
