The Cells4Life service offers customers use of our dedicated medical courier service which operates 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. This allows us to offer sample processing within 12-24 hours (average 12.3 hours) which is a vital process to avoid any deterioration in sample quality.

Viability testing is performed on every sample before and after the freezing process ensuring that, regardless of the collection to storage time, only samples with a high percentage of viable (living) cells are cryopreserved for storage.

For Cells4Life to offer a 12-24 hour collection to storage time, customers living outside of this service zone can incur additional costs due to due to the long distances our specialised couriers have to travel. Both you as parents and Cells4Life can be assured that the quality of the shipment and control at all times.
